If You are claiming under Your Extra Care Agreement, You can lodge Your claim by calling Our Administrator, Assurant on 0800 385 303 Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, who will assist You with Your claim.
Claims must be made prior to the expiration of Your Extra Care Agreement.

Claims will not be handled where You have arranged repair or replacement without first lodging and gaining approval of a claim.
Ensure You have Your original purchase receipt and/or tax invoice available. Your claim must be lodged by the customer whose name is shown on the purchase receipt and/or tax invoice and/or any other parties authorised by the owner in writing in accordance with the Transferability section of Your Extra Care Agreement.
If you have a problem with your product which is not covered by Your Extra Care Agreement, please contact one of Our stores or the manufacturer. Contact information for the manufacturer can be found in the warranty and support section in the initial warranty card provided when You purchased your product.
