A receipt is required to obtain a refund as you need to prove the item was purchased with us. If you don’t have a copy of your receipt, here's how to get a copy before coming in-store to get a refund.
In-store purchases
If your purchase was made at a JB Hi-Fi store, please contact the store of purchase to obtain a copy of your receipt. You can either visit the store to receive a re-print or give them a call to have a copy emailed to you.
The store will require the following information to locate your transaction and provide a copy of your receipt:
- date of purchase
- purchase price
- model number of the item
- payment method used and the last four digits of your credit card number if you use it to purchase
Online purchases
If your purchase was made online, please follow these instructions to obtain a copy of your receipt:
- Log in to your JB account. Don't have one? Create an account now with the same email address you've used to checkout as a guest on our site before and you'll see all your previous purchase history.
- Once logged in, you'll see your My Purchase History. Select the order you require a receipt/tax invoice for
- Hit on the Tax Invoice on the right-hand side of the order to see the details that you can bring in-store.
